When I had lost weight before what kept me sane was only focusing on 1 pound a week. If I lost that 1 pound I felt good, I accomplished my goal and if I happened to lose more than 1 pound I was very proud of myself. I need to keep that same mind set.

And I did it. I lost 1 pound from last week.

I have been trying to stay active. Most days doing a workout and an evening walk with the dog and the kids. My evening walks can't be long because Alex and Olivia will only tolerate that for so long. So our walks are around 30 minutes. I like our walks {mostly}

The physical weight will come off slowly. But it will come off.
